Application:

It is widely used for plant growth and tissue culture with constant temperature control. It can also be used for seed Germination, seedling raising, microbial culture test, rearing of insects and small animals, BOD determination of water quality monitoring, aging and service life test of medicinal materials, timber and building materials, etc. With the different volume from 160L to 1500L, it can be suitable for different testing work and different installation position. The external Cold-Rolled Steel plate is much better for the corrosion proof, it can keep the incubator with long time usage.

1. The structure of the box is made of stainless steel with mirror surface in the workroom and cold-rolled steel plate in the shell.

2. The microcomputer full-automatic large screen LCD controller is with 9 working program groups and each group with 99 program segments control , so it can meet the maximum user control parameters set management.

3. The Light-emitting chip lamp with Semiconductor 2835 and light bead wavelength range of 400-780nm, luminous Color Temperature Index: 6000K; so this can avoid the problem of the difference between the light intensity adjusted by different grades and the actual requirement.

4. The refrigeration unit of the equipment adopts the brand compressor, uses the non-fluorine Environmental Protection Refrigerant;

5. According to the control parameters, the specially designed duct structure has the effect of horizontal and vertical three-dimensional breeze circulation to ensure the air flow uniformity of each layer of the sample, so as to control the more stable experimental results.

6. Equipped with Air Inlet Control Valve, the air circulation inside and outside the box can be adjusted by manual switch. With the circulation of breeze inside the box, the air inside the studio can be kept fresh.

7. The self-protection function of the control system can automatically interrupt the operation when it exceeds the set high temperature range, sound and light alarm, and protect the safety of the sample and the experimental environment.

8. The control system has the function of restoring power due to power failure. If there is a failure, the controller will timely alarm and display in the form of text on the display above, more direct, simple.
